Christmas Eve

A little out of order, but I doubt anyone will mind but me. We had a lovely turkey dinner with all the trimmings at Malcolm & Jacqueline's. The kids enjoyed running around the same loop Caroline & Glen used when they were little tots. We each opened a single gift (Christmas Eve tradition) and spent the rest of the evening relaxing. Spencer received a huge tray of plastic edibles from his grandparents, which kept the kids relatively focused for the remainder of the evening. Yay!

Boxing Day

We spent Boxing Day at Robyn's Aunt Donna and Uncle Gary's house. Instead of turkey, we had lasagna (a nice change) with a large selection of salads and buns. The kiddos played well together while roaming around the house. Without fail (no matter which house we visit), Sonya finds a loop. She went around (and around and around), heedless of the doggy obstacles in her path.

Christmas Day

Merry Christmas! Our family had an eventful, and very filling, Christmas. Both of these resulted from three Christmas dinners. Due to unforeseen laziness on my part, there will be no Christmas Eve pictures posted until I receive them from Caroline. :) I find when someone else is willing to take pictures, my camera remains hidden.

Our girls were very spoiled this year. Santa filled their stockings to the brim and gave each girl a Cabbage Patch doll. We'd like to thank everyone, family and friends, who were very generous in their Christmas offerings. All are appreciated and will go to good use (edible, wearable and usable). Here are some pictures from our eventful morning.

We spent the evening at Robyn's Aunt Sandra & Uncle Barry's house. We had a lovely time eating, chatting and playing Guitar Hero on the Wii. Catherine charmed everyone and both girls enjoyed the running around the kitchen, sitting in the rocker and chatting with Mr. Snowman.

Yup...they still like each other.

Mr. Snowman was great entertainment for the girls
