Well...another month has flown by. I thought I'd post some pictures taken from a few typical days in our family. Every Monday, Raul, Ameli & Alex come over for a work out. The girls have a huge blast with this. They usually go to sleep without any noise after one of these exercise fests and we have a great time with some good friends. Oh yeah.....we are also getting in shape. :)

Sonya has become quite fond of my parent's cat Sampson. He tolerates her for a while but usually disappears to another area of the house until she hunts him down. Interesting news: Sampson is 18 this year and received a clean bill of health from the vet. Yay!
